About Arielle Rebekah

Arielle (they/them) is a communications consultant, project management expert, and social justice advocate with a proven track record of supporting queer and trans-led organizations in creating powerful, inclusive communications strategies.

With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Arielle has worked alongside a diverse array of progressive organizations to amplify their voices and drive impactful change. Her deep knowledge of communications, paired with her expertise in project management, allows her to deliver mission-aligned results that resonate with communities and stakeholders alike. Arielle’s approach to consulting is rooted in the understanding that clear, strategic communications are vital for movement-building and advancing social justice.

Work History

Before founding T&C Communications, Arielle held roles at organizations such as Starbucks Coffee Company, GLAAD, and Transgender Law Center where they were recognized for their ability to drive projects from concept to execution, while maintaining values alignment both in internal and external workflows and communications.

In these positions, Arielle refined their skills in communications strategy, audience and stakeholder engagement, and project management. Their work has resulted in successful partnerships, high-impact campaigns, and the development of key educational resources for journalists and community members.
