Welcome BACK to Trans & Caffeinated!

My dearest readers,

Thank you all for your patience over the past few weeks while my site has been under construction. If you’ve been following this page for a while, you’ll notice a number of significant changes. For the design of this beautiful new website, I would like to express my utmost gratitude to my dear friend Tyler Abell. In addition to being immensely talented, Tyler is one of the kindest souls you’ll ever meet.  If you ever find yourself in need of a beautiful website, I highly recommend reaching out.

You may also notice that I have a new logo, designed by the incredibly hard-working and stunningly gifted Denean Ritchie. Denean was kind enough to take time out of their super busy school schedule this month to work on this as well as one other larger project for me.

Next, I want to take this chance to explain a few upcoming changes. The first is the launch of a new webshop, the TransFormation Marketplace (TFM). To start, I plan to use this page to sell art, though the shop will likely expand in the coming months. My goal is to use this platform to provide trans and gender non-conforming people a place to sell their work and thus help bridge the gap between TGNC creators and cisgender consumers. As such, the only requirement to sell your art is that you are a member of the TGNC community. If you are interested in selling art on this page, feel free to reach out to me via e-mail. I am happy to list art in any form (tickets for a show you’re working on, a book you wrote, etc.) as long as I have a reasonable way to list it. If you would like to remain anonymous, I will happily arrange that as well.

Additionally, I am looking to continually expand the type of content I am sharing and/or producing. As I’m writing this, I’m working on a video called “Dear Dysphoria,” — which I am super excited to share with you all — created in collaboration with three incredibly talented friends from college. I plan to post any new videos with a transcript of the audio in order to make these accessible to a wider audience. If there are other steps you’d like me to take in order to increase accessibility, I’d love to hear your feedback! Most immediately, you can expect a video and transcript following my speech at the GEMS Conference at the end of February.

Thank you for your constant support and readership along this journey. I cannot express in words how much it means to me.

Thank you thank you THANK YOU,

Arielle Rebekah
